For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for panties, lingerie sets,
shapewear, or any item that has been worn, washed, or used.
We offer exchanges or refunds in the following situations:
- Wrong item or size received
- Damaged or defective product
- Size exchange — You may exchange your item for another article within the same price range. A Rs. 200 delivery charge will apply and will not be adjusted against the product price.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Share your details
Provide your order number along with clear pictures of the product.

Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, our rider will collect the parcel from you for exchange or refund.
Important Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days after the parcel is picked up.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.
- Rs. 200 delivery charges apply to exchanges and may be charged again for subsequent exchanges, unless the issue was caused by us.
- If the wrong or defective item was sent by us, we will cover the applicable exchange delivery charges.
